This Consumer Health Data Privacy applies solely to personal information defined as "consumer health data" subject to the Washington My Health My Data Act ("MHMDA"). Consumer Health Data includes certain personal information of 1) residents of the State of Washington; and/or 2) individuals whose consumer health information is collected in the State of Washington (collectively "you" or "consumers").
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice applies to Consumer Health Data that may be processed by us via our websites, web and mobile applications, and other online services, including but not limited to our website (https://www.metadoc.ai/) and our Cairo Health mobile and web application ("Cairo Health") and all content, features, and services made available therein by Company (collectively altogether, the "Services").
By registering for, downloading, accessing or using any part of the Services you accept and agree to this Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, whether or not you are a registered user or have an account. You should not use the Services if you don't agree with this Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice or any other agreement that governs your use of the Services.

"Consumer Health Data," as defined by the MHMDA, means personally identifiable information that is linked or reasonably linkable to you and that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status or that is used to identify your health status as defined by the MHMDA. We may use Consumer Health Data to provide the Services, for our administrative purposes (including but not limited to improving, upgrading, enhancing, supporting and administering the Services, security, pursuing our legitimate interests, enforcing our agreements, and complying with legal obligations), and to analyze our customer base, products and services, and trends and traffic and to provide you with non-targeted advertisements. We may also use your Consumer Health Data otherwise with your consent or in accordance with applicable law (such as the creation of de-identified information).
De-identified information is information that has had the identifiers removed so that it cannot be reasonably linked to a particular individual. This includes removing names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, payment card information, and other identifiers that might reasonably link the information to a particular individual.
We do not attempt to re-identify the information in any fashion. Further, we do not permit the recipients of the de-identified information to re-identify the information in any fashion.
We may share each of the categories of Consumer Health Data described above for the purposes described in the "How We Share Your Personal Information" section of our Privacy Notice. In particular, we may share personal data, including Consumer Health Data, with your consent or as reasonably necessary to complete any transaction or provide any product you have requested or authorized, as described above.

You have the right to appeal a decision we make relating to requests to exercise your rights under the MHMDA. We may revise this Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice from time to time in our sole discretion. If there are any material changes to this Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice, we will notify you by a notice on our website and in this Notice. You understand and agree that you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice if you continue to use our Services after the new Consumer Health Data Privacy Notice takes effect.
